Offense:
Nascimento’s best attribute is his court vision. He passes the ball extremely well and gets his teammates involved in the offense early and often. Nascimento needs to improve his outside jump shot. The senior attacks the rim instead of settling for a jumper. He finishes at times over big men but needs to on a more consistent basis to improve his overall scoring ability. While driving to the hoop, Nascimento is excellent at dishing off to a teammate. Nascimento reads the defense extremely well. Against a zone, he can find the open man for an easy score.
Defense:
At 6’0”, Nascimento is a pure defensive-hustler. He is all over his opponent with the ball on the perimeter. He has quick hands on the defensive end. His quickness is a huge part of his defense. Nascimento can keep his man in front of him due to his speed. Nascimento has a good defensive mentality and uses it to his advantage. His toughness is also used on the defensive end.
